Comma delimited (CSV) text files:
Once imported into your database, contact manager, E-mail or fax software,
you will be able to do anything your software might be capable of. Typical
uses would include printing media list mailing labels or addresses directly on envelopes,
sending press releases via E-mail or by fax. You are limited only by what your
software can or cannot do. All software programs will import comma delimited
data. Loaded into a typical database, you could target newspapers by state, area code or
circulation. You could select all AM radio talk stations in the top 100 metro
markets, or all Hispanic and Religious TV stations on the east coast. We encourage
