Send e-mail. Would you like to send an e-mail to magazines related to the aerospace industry? Or the plumbing trade? It's easily accomplished.



The PR Pro CD is a ready-to-run program that does not require importing of data, writing your own reports or anything else. If importing and exporting data to and from different programs in different file formats is not your strong suit, the CD may be best for you. However, it should be noted that our data-only version imported into your own software will likely be a more powerful and versatile solution, providing you know how to import data and use your software.

For example, Access is an extremely powerful database, much more so than PR Pro is. But there is a steep learning curve associated with such top of the line programs. With just a few clicks of the mouse, PR Pro will print mailing labels for all Talk and Sports AM stations in the top fifty metro markets. But to achieve the same thing using Access would require learning how to sort and select records using multiple field criteria, formatting mailing labels and so forth. PR Pro is a compromise between ease of use and versatility.
